Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services before project completion under the following terms.

Project Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Work completed before cancellation will be billed.
• Advance payments may be adjusted against completed work.

Training Cancellation

• Cancellation before training start may be eligible for partial refund.
• No refund after course commencement.
